We are a husband and wife team utilizing
our different skills in providing a full range of
services in the property management sector. Ian
concentrates his efforts on the maintenance
programmes that include Pool Cleaning, Garden
maintenance, interior and exterior painting,
improved security measures and all those jobs that
give their client’s properties the ‘well cared for
look’.
Ann, besides keeping those all important notes on
their client’s requirements, manages the servicing
of properties and adds many little touches to ensure
that their ‘customers’ homes in the sun’ are kept to
the highest standards.
Together we are dedicated to providing a
first class service to all our clients and this is
why our business has grown so much through word of
mouth over the last five years. We have also
gained a wealth of information about the area and
can now supply any service required by our
clients.
When we have free time, a rare event at anytime of
year, we enjoy motorcycling and discovering
the hidden treasures of the Costa Blanca.
We have built a strong business in Property
Management through ‘word of mouth’ and have clients
from Guardamar del Segura, La Mata, Torrevieja,
Quesada, Algorfa, Los Montesinos, Orihuela Costa,
including the golf complexes of Campoamor, Las
Ramblas and Villamartín. Naturally we have many
clients in the outlying urbanizations of San Miguel
de Salinas. |
